PELLETIZING
Pelletization is one of our powder processing technologies. For compounding,
mica powder is very difficult to feed in
the extruder and causes low workability because the powder flies apart due to the small bulk in specific gravity.
Our original product 'MICALET' solves all the problem as it is pelletized.
'MICALET' means Mica Pellet.
'MICALET' breaks down to primary particles and disperses uniformly by kneading
and stirring. process.
We can also pelletize various products, such as mica, talc and sericite,
or their powder mixtures.

MIXING
Different kind of powders can be mixed using our surface treatment or pelletizing
equipment.In mixing, the process of stirring
and kneading are performed by batch processing, and uniformly dispersed mixed powder can be produced.
Also, this equipment enables us to do surface-treatment and pelletization
at the same time, so we can supply custom-made
powder upon your request.
